A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a 20:45 car on the duty of 20:50 on the duty of 20:45, and was driven by the victim C (W, B, 37 years old) who was stopped in the front line of the Defendant’s proceeding due to his occupational negligence while neglecting the duty of front line and driving a Rab tower in front of the Rab tower that is in the south through the south of the city of America to the respective four-distance-distance area from the main line of the road of the Gu-U.S., thereby neglecting the duty of front line.
