A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant driven Bran XG car with approximately KRW 500 meters alcohol concentration 0.158% while under the influence of alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license from the front side of the branx-G car located in the Masan-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the front front front day of the soup restaurant.

The reason for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act on probation and order to attend a lecture, even though the defendant had a history of punishment once and four times for drunk driving, and again committed each of the crimes of this case, and the blood alcohol concentration is not good. However, although the defendant has a depth of his mistake and did not cause any traffic accident, the punishment as ordered shall be determined by taking account of the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, and other factors of sentencing indicated in the records.
