Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 1999, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership preservation with respect to C Apartment 110 Dong 1501, Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and owned the above apartment. However, on January 5, 2004, on the above apartment, the ownership of the above apartment was lost because the ownership transfer registration was completed in the compulsory auction procedure under the decision of commencement of compulsory execution of real estate D by the Seoul Western District Court.

Accordingly, the Defendant, after the above apartment, sold the pre-sale, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name F and his wife G on September 3, 2009.

1. On June 7, 2012, the Defendant, on June 7, 2012, prepared a false complaint containing F and G with a leep in the Defendant’s office located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H’s office. On the same day, the Defendant had a person whose name is unknown at a certified judicial scrivener’s office located near the Seoul Western-dong Seoul Western District Court, 105-1, whose name is unknown, prepare a false complaint using lickter.

The written complaint was that “F and G, the Defendant Party F and G, for the purpose of exercising their written response on May 17, 2012 in the course of preparing a written response, the Seoul Western District Court’s Seodaemun-gu registry office, forged the written registration information and the written notice of completion of registration to the Defendant Nonparty F and G, a public document, and thus punished.”

However, the above information on completion of the registration and the notice on completion of the registration were legally prepared by the Seodaemun Registry of the Seoul Western District Court, and the defendant did not verify the authenticity of the above information on completion of registration and the notice on completion of registration.

Nevertheless, on June 7, 2012, the Defendant submitted the above written complaint to the police officer who could not know his name in the Seodaemun Police Station Criminal and Receiving System located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to F and G for the purpose of having the F and G punished criminal punishment.
