Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:50 on March 21, 2014, the Defendant was driving B car under the influence of alcohol by starting a distance of about 600 meters from a 600-meter radius from a cafeteria parking lot located in the northwest-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and driving a B car under the influence of alcohol by 00 meters from the blood alcohol concentration on the first day of the third day (0.113%) with the blood alcohol concentration.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a B car.

On the same date as stated in paragraph (1), the Defendant driven in the same manner as stated in paragraph (1) and proceeded at a speed of about 30 km from the direction of the Taedo basin to the department store, along the first lane of the four-lane road.

At the time, at night and where the center line of yellow-ray is installed, a person engaged in driving duties shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and there was a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by thoroughly maintaining the front-time vision.
