1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 59,322,690 with respect to the Plaintiff, and 5% per annum from November 29, 2017 to August 23, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. In relation to the status of the parties, the Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Co., Ltd”) subcontracted the construction of an apartment in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the “instant construction site”) and the F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “F”) with the structural construction and civil engineering work to G (hereinafter referred to as the “G”).

F was used by the Plaintiff for the system work during the framework construction by leasing H mobile type type type athletes (hereinafter referred to as the “instant type athletes”) owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “instant type athletes”).

G leased I Kaman (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Kake”) and performed the work of H beam beaming among the civil engineering works.

The Defendant C Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Federation”) is the insurer of the instant Carcles.

B. On the instant construction site, the Defendant Company: (a) had the head of the site office take overall control of the instant construction site; (b) appointed a safety monitoring team at the J as the team leader to advise on technical matters concerning safety; and (c) submitted a work plan for the handling of heavy objects (on July 27, 2017, to the head of the site office of the Defendant Company’s company at the site of the instant work site, and attached the plan for the location of the work, etc. indicating the movement route, to the head of the site office at the site of the instant work site.

G on August 1, 2017, the head of the site office of the Defendant Company submitted a work plan regarding the handling of heavy goods through the instant carcracs (deconstruction of the mechanical room using carcracs) to the head of the site office of the Defendant Company, and attached a work location plan indicating the “balutic moving route”.
