Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment at the Seoul High Court on February 2, 2018, and the judgment was finalized on February 10, 2018. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for embezzlement at the Incheon District Court on May 26, 2016 and sentenced to one year of suspended execution on April 24, 2017.

B is the representative director of C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”), and Defendant A is the person who actually operates C.
