A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, from around 19:00 on August 24, 2014 to around 19:20 on the same day, expressed the attitude of the victim D (Woo, 60 years of age) to whom he had been able to do harm to the victim, without any justifiable reason, while she sees the victim D (Woo, 60 years of age) in front of the street located in Daegu Northern-gu B from around 19:0 on the same day.

2. While the Defendant, at the above date and place of the obstruction of performance of official duties, listened to the statement of the case against the reporter, etc. by the assistant F belonging to the Daegu Northern Police Station E District District, which received a report for the said reasons, and continued to commit assault by the above F, such as: (a) the Defendant expressed to the said F that “I am fright, I will come to see, and I am ambling,” and (b) the Defendant expressed to the said F that “I ambling, I ambling, I ambling,” and assaulted the chest part of the said F once

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reporting cases by assistant F, a police officer.
