Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person who assumes a false name for a lending business entity to the effect that “to open a corporate account and give a loan upon the transfer of an access medium”; and (b) accepted the proposal; (c) made a named “age-long company” without substance and opened an account under the name of the company; and (d) intended to transfer the access medium connected thereto to the above person.

1. On March 21, 2019, the Defendant’s event, such as a false entry into an official electronic record, false entry electronic record, etc., filed an application for registration of incorporation of a limited company, including a director’s application form, and filed an application for registration of establishment of a limited company, with the public official in charge of registration of establishment of a limited company, which is located in 38-30, 1275, Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, and the fact was that the public official in charge of registration was paid KRW 10,000,000,000,0000 for each share of investment, and made the aforementioned electronic information system to be recorded as a public official without knowledge of the above circumstances.

As a result, the defendant made a false report on the payment of limited company's capital, and made it enter false facts in the corporate electronic records of the same electronic records as the original copy of a fair deed, and exercised it.

2. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or take over any access medium unless otherwise specifically provided for in any other Act in using or managing any access medium;
