Punishment of the crime

1. On August 20, 201, at around 13:20, the Defendants’ co-principaled Defendants stopped the said taxi on the front of the Seo field of the Seo-dong, Seogu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and D while getting on a cab vehicle driven by D, the fact was not attributable to physical injury, such as the vehicle faced with the front seat at the time of the stopping by Defendant B, but the Defendant A had the victim’s personal taxi mutual aid association, while driving the vehicle in the Defendant B, informed the Defendant A of his resident registration number and the account number of passbook, and the Defendant B had the victim receive medical treatment and claimed insurance money under the pretext of treatment and agreement.
The Defendants conspired to induce the victims, and received KRW 371,890 from the victim under the pretext of medical expenses and agreement around that time, and received KRW 1,071,890 in total from the victim personal taxi mutual aid association for three occasions as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1, and refused the payment of insurance proceeds due to objection by the taxi engineer.
2. On September 22, 2011, Defendant A stopped the above taxi on the road in front of the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan Police Station located in Seo-gu, Daejeon on September 22, 201, and the G-si operated by F, and Defendant A claimed insurance proceeds under the name of medical expenses and agreement of the victim’s personal taxi mutual aid association, arguing that “The Defendant was suffering from bodily injury, such as the Defendant was faced with the front seat at the time of stopping,” although there was no physical injury, such as the Defendant was facing the front seat at the time of stopping.”
The defendant deceivings the victim as such and receives 300,000 won from the victim under the pretext of medical treatment and agreement.
