A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 2017, the Defendant: (a) around September 2017, around Kimcheon-si, sent the victim’s name to be delivered by the Defendant from the victim C (a family name, leisure, 12 years of age)’s present door of residence; and (b) made the victim’s name to be sent by the Defendant.

2. In 2017, the Defendant: (a) got the victim (the 12 years of age) from E operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant store”); (b) opened into the instant store, and (c) opened the victim into the Defendant’s knee kne, seated on the Defendant’s kne; and (d) opened the victim’s chest on his hand.

3. At around 17:30 on May 16, 2018, the Defendant exposed his sexual organ to the victim (the age of 12) who waits for an ordered knee in the victim’s knee, knee.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim under 13 years of age over three times in total.
