A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment in the trade name of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. B 1408, 1504, 1505, and 1508.
At around 21:00 on July 15, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 120,000 from D, which was found to be a customer at the above business establishment, and had E, an employee of the above business establishment, engage in sexual intercourse at KRW 70,00,00, and had E, receive KRW 140,000 from F, who was found to be a customer, and then had G, an employee of the above business establishment, give KRW 80,00 to G, who is an employee of the said business, and had G do sexual intercourse with F, from July 13, 2015 to July 15, 2015.
