Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:20 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion against the victim E (hereinafter “victim”) on the front day of the Diplomatic Association located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, on the floor of his/her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son

An order for disclosure or notification of registered information with regard to an order for disclosure or notification of registered information is required to be careful as it may have a significant impact on the defendant, and in this case, it seems that the registration of personal information alone would have an effect to prevent recidivism of the defendant.
