Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2013, around 08:0, the Defendant moved a vehicle parked in the victim E (33 years of age) in the parking lot of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, 121 Dong 402 (D building).

During a conversation with vehicle travel problem, the defendant suffered from injury such as the loss of the face NOS's character that requires treatment for 14 days by bating fat of the victim's bat and face with fat one head.
