1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. From May 2009, the Plaintiffs operated a double store with the trade name “G store” on the first floor of the F Hotel located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul. On January 29, 2010, the Plaintiffs sold the double store to Defendant C for KRW 50,000,000, but concluded a sales contract with Defendant C to substitute Defendant C for the acceptance of the debt of the double store of this case.

The plaintiffs asserted that the amount of debt to be borne by them was altered from KRW 20,00 to KRW 30,000,000 among the sales contract (Evidence A No. 1) of this case, and that the amount of debt to be collected was added, but the plaintiffs filed a lawsuit of this case on the premise that the entries in the first certificate No. 1 were entered, and even after the assertion of alteration, the plaintiffs filed a claim of this case on the premise that they assumed the obligation of KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000,000 won and KRW 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

(hereinafter “instant sales contract”). B.

Defendant C paid KRW 10,00,00 to Plaintiff A on the date of signing the above sales contract, and KRW 10,000 on February 5, 2010. Around July 2010, Defendant C entered into a lease contract under the name of Defendant D with the F Hotel where the two-one stores of this case are located, and registered as Defendant D’s business.

C. Defendant C is the same year from February 4, 2010 to Plaintiff B.

6. From January 2010 to September 2010, Plaintiff B filed a complaint for fraud and occupational embezzlement of KRW 28,400,000,000,000 from the receipt of KRW 6230,00 as the name of the two-point operating expenses, and Defendant C received a disposition of non-prosecution regarding the charge of fraud, while working as the employee of the two-point from January 201 to September 201.
