Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving service of a vehicle Ck5 vehicle.

On September 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 20:0,00, and changed the course from the Cheongcheon-distance Intersection in Incheon Bupyeong-gu to the Cheongcheon-gu, Incheon, the Defendant left the left at a one-lane by negligence, by changing the way from the right-hand way to the left at the right-hand turn, depending on the two-lanes between the three-lanes.

F(47) The front part of the G rocketing taxi driving in F(47) was turned into the left part of the front part of the passenger car of the Defendant, and continued to drive approximately 3 km of damage to the shooting of the taxi.

2. The Defendant of the Road Traffic Act, at the same time and at a place as set forth in paragraph 1, destroyed a car owned by H(40) by occupational negligence to cover approximately KRW 4,904,381, and KRW 2,786,729, respectively, on a car owned by J(53).
