On July 19, 2014, at around 01:46, the Defendant driven B MT car at approximately 30 meters from the fest ground to the road 265, as it was under the influence of alcohol by 0.190% in blood alcohol concentration, and from the festal ground to the festal road in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.
