Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2010, Cheongju District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a fine of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine in the same court on May 9, 2016, respectively.

On April 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while under the influence of alcohol 0.146% among blood alcohol around 22:41, the Defendant: (b) borrowed B from approximately 500 meters to the roads following the New Heung High School, 229, Cheongju-si, Seoul, to the roads following the former Central Elementary School.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of re-driving.
