Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2017, at around 22:20, the Defendant used a large number of passengers’ crepans in the electric car operated from the back of the high speed terminal station of Seoul subway No. 9 to the backside of the entrance, and committed an indecent act against the Defendant’s sexual flag to be pushed back to the part of the victim C (23 tax and female) and feled for about 10 minutes.

If a judgment of conviction is confirmed on a sex offense subject to registration and submission of new information, the defendant is subject to registration of personal information under Article 42(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and the defendant is obligated to submit personal information to the competent agency pursuant to Article 43 of the same Act.
