A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Injury;

A. On May 9, 2015, from around 17:00 to 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) followed the Defendant’s victim D, who was denied at the Defendant’s residence in Seoul apartment C Apartment 201, 1108, 201; (b) on the ground that the Defendant’s horse does not hear the Defendant’s horse; and (c) followed the Defendant’s horse.

At the same time, the victim's face has been injured by the number of days of treatment that makes the left part of the snow be taken back.

B. From June 2015 to July 2015 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) taken care of the victim’s face at drinking on the ground that the victim D does not listen to the victim’s face at the victim’s residence; (b) took care of the victim’s face; (c) took care of the victim’s finger by drinking the victim’s face; and (d) inflicted injury on the victim’s left side of the victim’s fourth finger; and (e) took care of the victim’s finger.

On June 2015, from around July 2015 to around July 2015, the Defendant: (a) taken care of the victim’s face on the ground that the victim’s face does not listen to the horses at the above victim’s residence; (b) took care of the victim’s face; and (c) suffered injury to the victim’s left second hand of the victim’s face when the victim’s fingers by drinking to prevent the victim from face; and (d) took care of the victim’s second hand.

2. A special intimidation: (a) around August 15, 2015, when the Defendant demanded the said victim D to obey the Defendant, and exercised violence, the Defendant appears to have knee a victim for the same reason in the above Defendant’s residence; (b) knee a knee a knee, a dangerous object, and (c) knife a knife a knife, and discarded the finger.

In other words, the victim was threatened.

3. The Defendant, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, forced the victim’s head kin for the same reason in his/her residence on August 19, 2015, when he/she demanded the victim D to obey the Defendant and exercised violence.
