1. The defendant
A. Plaintiff Q, V, X, Y, and AT’s “The amount of award” in the attached Table 1 column is the corresponding gold source and the corresponding amount.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs, as street cleaners belonging to the Democratic Labor Group CG Si Environmental Management Trade Union, concluded a labor contract with the Defendant and worked as a street cleaners, were retired or currently in office on the date indicated in the attached Table 1.
B. Collective Agreement 1 of 2006, 2008 and 2010) CG Environmental Management Trade Union (or superior trade union; hereinafter “instant trade union”) without distinguishing it.
On May 9, 2007, the Defendant and the Defendant concluded a collective agreement in 2006, and among them, the details of wages, working conditions, etc. are as follows: at the time of Article 26 (Compensatory Holidays):

6. Paid holiday: Article 27 (Extended Work or Week Work) (1) Si/Gun/Gu may extend working hours by prior consultation in consideration of the special circumstances of cleaning work, and a cooperative shall not refuse it except in extenuating circumstances.
(2) Holiday work shall be provided on a leap basis (one-fourth working on a Saturday, Sundays, national holiday, recycling team shall work on a Saturday 1/2 working on a Saturday, on Sundays, on a Saturday, on a holiday on a Saturday, and on the day of New Year’s Day), and in addition to 50/100 of ordinary wages, overtime work and night work, 50/100 of ordinary wages shall be paid for overtime work and night work.
Article 39 (Determination of Wages) (1) Wages and allowances shall be paid in accordance with personnel standards and collective agreements of the Ministry of the Interior.
Provided, That with respect to days of absence, such as sick leave and absence without permission, various allowances other than basic pay shall be paid on a daily basis.
Article 40 (Retirement Allowances) (1) Where a member of the City retires from office for at least one year, the average wage for 30 days for each year of his/her continuous service, and for those who have been employed for at least five years (Provided, That where a new employee has served for at least ten years after January 1, 200), the average wage for the portion of 30 days of his/her continuous service shall be 150%.
