A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 6, 2015, the Defendant entered the said Empt in order to steal goods from the emar managed by the victim D in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, on or around February 6, 2015, along with B in a de facto marital relationship, and then entered the Emar in order to steal goods. After that, the Defendant: (a) either dump or dump installed inside the emar with the Defendant’s body so as not to dump the stolens of goods; (b) B kept the 14,300 won of the market price owned by the victim, which was kept in the display stand.

As a result, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property jointly with B.

2. On February 7, 2015, the Defendant, along with B on February 16, 2015, entered the Eart in order to steals goods from around 16:30 on February 7, 2015, and thereafter, the Defendant and B carried 14,50 won at the market price owned by the victim in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).

As a result, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property jointly with B.

3. On February 8, 2015, the Defendant, along with B on February 16, 2015, entered the said Empt in order to steals goods at around 16:30 on February 8, 2015, and thereafter, the Defendant and B, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), entered the said Empt, and thereafter, the Defendant and B, using the same method as described in paragraph (1), carried out a beer coffee 1, which is equivalent to KRW 4,400, the amount of KRW 1,500, the amount of KRW 7,700, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 700.

As a result, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property jointly with B.

4. On February 10, 2015, the Defendant, along with B, entered the said Empt in order to steals goods from around 14:00 to February 10, 2015, and subsequently, the Defendant and B entered the said Empt in order to steals goods. In the same manner as described in paragraph (1), the market price of the victim owned by the Defendant and B shall be 5,000 won.
