1. The defendant shall pay 47,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from June 9, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. From March 28, 2015 to March 31, 2015, the Plaintiff leased a total of KRW 35,000,000 to the Defendant. On August 31, 2015, the Plaintiff additionally lent KRW 15,00,000 to the Defendant.
However, since the Defendant paid only KRW 3,00,000 until January 26, 2017, and did not pay the remainder principal of KRW 47,000,000,000, the Defendant sought payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 47,000 and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the copy of the instant complaint was served to the day of complete payment.
