A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall pay 12,00,000 won to the applicant for compensation. The above compensation order shall be issued.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2016, the Defendant was requested to sell FMW X6 automobiles owned by the injured party at the victim E house located in Gyeongdong-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun around 2016.

On November 9, 2016, the Defendant arbitrarily used the said money under the name of the Defendant’s repayment of loans, etc. from November 9, 2016 to November 15, 2016 while selling the said car to I and receiving KRW 35 million as the sale proceeds.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

On December 23, 2016, the Defendant substantially operated “K” as a used vehicle in the Daegu-gu Seo-guJ from around December 23, 2016. As the Defendant was invested in or provided with a vehicle by the victim L with the said “K,” and kept the said vehicle in the name of “K,” the Defendant sold the said vehicle or provided it as a security, received money with the said vehicle’s debt repayment and office operating expenses.

On May 16, 2017, the Defendant, while investing KRW 10 million in the above office, sold to M without the consent of the victim for KRW 21,200,000,000 and embezzled the full amount of the purchase with his/her liability and office operation expenses.

In addition, from March 31, 2017 to May 24, 2017, the Defendant embezzled property owned by the victim worth KRW 78,880,00,00 as stated in the list of crimes in the attached crime.

The defendant of "2017 Highest 2616" is a mid-term driver with the operation of "K" in the Daegu-guJ.

On July 26, 2017, the Defendant received a request from the Victim N for the release of a passenger car at the horse and received KRW 20,777,130 from the purchase price to the Daegu Bank Account in the name of the Defendant’s wife, and kept the Defendant for the victim.
