Reasons
Criminal facts
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B K5 in light of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.
On April 22, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.148% from blood alcohol level around 00:05, and proceeded to turn to the left at about 40 km per hour in the direction of the common sense, depending on one lane in the direction of the common sense in the direction of the public.
