1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 64,00,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from October 24, 2016 to February 24, 2019.

The statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (hereinafter “Promotion Act”) was amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, 15% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate of the previous Promotion Act, is applied until May 31, 2019. However, since the statutory interest rate of the Promotion Act was changed to 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, and the portion in excess is dismissed.
