A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a Korean-style motor vehicle maintenance factory located in the Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seo-gu; (b) around 20:10 on the same day from around 20:0 to around 131km located in the Busan-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Nowon-gu, Daegu-do, Nowon-gu, Busan-do, to drive a B 3 truck without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On January 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 20:10, at a point of 131km in Busan, the Busan, Seodong-dong Busan, the Busan, Busan, the Gyeongdong-dong-dong Busan, the Defendant: (b) controlled the police on the ground that he/she was driving without a license as described in paragraph (1); and (c) drafted a written statement and a written confirmation of investigation process.

Therefore, the Defendant, who is subject to aggravated punishment due to driving without a license, made a written statement as if he were C, and written in the name “C” column, “D” column, “resident number” column, and “C” column, respectively, and affixed the Defendant’s unmanned seal on the name side of the Defendant’s name while preparing a written confirmation of investigation process, and affixed the Defendant’s unmanned seal on the “C” column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant committed the same clause with a written statement in C, a private document on proof of facts, and a written confirmation of investigation process respectively.

3. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph 2, exercised a forged statement and a copy of the document confirming the investigation process, as described in paragraph 2, to the Highway Patrol E, who is aware of the forgery, as well as the document duly formed.
