A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 2016, around 02:37, the Defendant in violation of the Act on thief and credit finance business: (a) collected a new E’s card from the victim’s instant convenience store located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the cash withdrawal machine managed by Snet, and (b) withdrawn cash amounting to KRW 500,000,000,000 from that time, until December 29, 201, and then withdrawn KRW 1,30,000,000 from that time, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen cash owned by the victim and used stolen credit cards.

2. Damage to property;

가. 2017. 1. 7. 경 재물 손괴 피고인은 2017. 1. 7. 22:30 경 서울 강동구 F에 있는 피해자 E의 집에서 피해자와 말다툼하던 중 격분하여 피해자 소유의 안방문과 안방 벽을 주먹으로 치는 등의 방법으로 부숴 미 상의 수리비가 들도록 손괴하였다.

B. The death shall be dead.
