1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 110,69,590 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its related amount from December 18, 2013 to May 14, 2015.

1. Basic facts

Article 1 Section D shall perform relevant duties as the head of the regional headquarters of the defendant's regional headquarters within the area designated by the defendant.
