1. The instant lawsuit is filed on October 16, 2014, for which the payment order dated October 16, 2014 was issued by the Jung Government District Court 2014 tea260.

According to the records, on October 7, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an application for a payment order claiming monetary payment as stated in the purport of the claim against the Defendant and C with the District District Court of Pyeongtaek-gun. The above court issued a payment order as stated in Paragraph (1) of the order on October 16, 2014 (hereinafter “instant payment order”); C was served with the payment order on October 22, 2014 but the Defendant was not served with the payment order as the director’s unknown; and thereafter, on October 27, 2014, the Defendant and C were served with the original copy of the instant payment order on October 20, 2014, and there was no reason to respond to the Plaintiff’s request, and thus, on October 5, 2014, the Defendant submitted the payment order again on October 14, 2014 and the Defendant submitted the payment order as to the instant case’s withdrawal of the objection and the Defendant’s withdrawal of the letter.

Thus, the lawsuit of this case is terminated, so it is so decided as per Disposition.
