Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 14, 2009, the Defendant committed assault against the victim by putting the head of the victim E (the 37-year-old) who is the parent of the parents in charge of the after-school teachers in the above schools in the third-year class corridor of D elementary school in Bocheon-si, 14:00, and 37 years-old.

2. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.;

A. Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts through information and communication networks with a view to slandering the victim.

3. On November 201, 201, at D Elementary Library around 16:40 on the date, the Defendant made a public disclosure of the victim, such as “Is the victim F’s complaint that the victim F works at D Elementary Library, and “Is the victim’s complaint about why Is the victim’s library work at D Elementary School Library, and Is and 5 students’ 4 and 5 students’ 4 and 5 students’ complaint.”
