A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle QM3.

1. On August 28, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the injury caused by dangerous driving) (the Defendant), around 19:35 on August 28, 2016, driven the said vehicle in a state where it is difficult to drive the vehicle with a face of 0.192% of alcohol due to the influence of drinking while under the influence of alcohol, with red and tight, and walking, and driven the said vehicle along the three-lane road near the D cafeteria in the vicinity of the D cafeteria located in Kim Sea-si, along the two-lane radius from the north East Central Hospital.
