The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal did not result in an injury to a victim E by putting batling bat at the time and place as indicated in the judgment of the court below, or by putting fats on the left hand.

The judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case is erroneous.

2. Comprehensively taking account of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below and the statement made by H of the party witness H in this court, the defendant sufficiently recognized the fact that the defendant used the victim E’s dubage and dubage, and carried the left hand hand to E for about 14 days, which requires treatment, as stated in the judgment of the court below.
