A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 29, 2019, around 18:40 on August 29, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim D (Inn, 13 years of age) behind the second floor of the C building in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.

2. On August 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:20, the victim F (n, 13 years of age) was born in September 2005 on the front road of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; and (b) the victim was the victim of September 2005, the age of 14 years

The next son committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim, when the victim's son and her son were her, and his son and her son were her son and her son.
