Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2014, at around 03:50, the Defendant driven B rac car in the state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.152% from the 3km section from the front of the Arac Station located in the Gu of Gwangjin-gu, Seoul to the front road of about 20, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
