A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 13:25 on March 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased a knife from the nearby convenience store, and then found the knife to the victim C (28 years of age) and D (51 years of age) who are employees of the business department of the said company on the ground that the knife of the knife of the knife would go to the knife; and (b) caused the victims of the knife to the knife because the victims of the knife would not hear their horses; (c) purchased the knife from the nearby convenience store to the knife at the above place; and (d) purchased the knife, the knife (the total length of 24cm, the length of 9cm, the area of 3cm, 3cm 1m, and the knife (the knife).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.

2. The Defendant interfered with the business of the victims, at the same time and place as described in Paragraph 1, posted a knife to the victims, such as the victim’s knife, and “brue” as above, and prevented the victims of frickage from doing business by causing the victims from entering the Defendant for about seven to eight minutes, thereby interfering with the victims’ virtual business operations by force.
