1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s land title trust and land division 1) The Plaintiff, a final cause, was changed to 33,627 square meters of the J, K, L, and M into 3rd 7 square meters of the J, Goyang-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan, by the change of administrative district, area conversion, registration conversion, etc. (the change of administrative district, area conversion, and registration conversion).

hereinafter referred to as “land before subdivision”

A) On December 19, 1970, the above members registered the ownership transfer for each of the instant land on the grounds of sale and purchase on March 1, 1930. 2) On May 13, 2008, the land prior to the division was divided into the land of 30,878 square meters for the land of 1/4 (hereinafter “1 land”) and the land of 2,749 square meters for P land of 2,749 square meters for each of the instant land. The aforementioned P land was divided into the land of 2,437 square meters for each of the instant land on January 28, 2010 (hereinafter “2 land”) and Q 312 square meters for each of the instant land (hereinafter “3 land”).

B. Defendant G, H, I, and R’s inheritance and land share disposition 1) The J died on June 11, 1982. Defendant G, H, I, and R, as his children, completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 21, 2005, based on an inheritance by agreement and division with respect to each of their own 1/24 shares of the land before subdivision. 2) Defendant G, H, I, and R sold 1/24 shares of each of the lands 1/24 shares of U on July 6, 2009 to U for purchase price of KRW 103,950,000,000, and on September 3, 2009, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 3, 2009 with respect to each of the above lands 4/24 shares due to the above sale.

3) On March 11, 2010, Defendant G donated 1/24 shares in the instant land to V, one’s own son, and on March 19, 2010, the transfer registration for shares in the instant land was completed on March 19, 2010. (C) The Plaintiff’s termination of title trust and the transfer registration for ownership transfer between Defendant B, C, D, E, and F (Inheritance 1) on November 20, 2012 between the Seoul East Eastern District Court Decision 2012Du632, Jun. 20, 2012, the Plaintiff made the transfer registration for shares in the instant land between the above S, T,K, W (L’s heir), and X (M’s heir), as to each of the instant land’s shares 1/24, and C, K,W, and X, as to each share in the instant land’s shares 1/24.
