Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 18, 2013, at around 20:0, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) entered the “Dju store” operated by the victim C (the age of 58) of the first floor underground in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu (the age of 58) by drinking alcohol in the room; (b) unfortunateing the flowers portion in the room by hand, without any justifiable reason, by cutting it into the table in the room room; (c) unfortunateing the drinking bottle by cutting it into the table in the room; (d) cutting the body of the body in which the Defendant flashed with the shoulder, flading the body of the body of the victim; and (d) interfered with the victim’s legitimate business for about 30 minutes, such as booming other customers by smoking a disturbance.

2. On January 18, 2013, the Defendant committed assault, such as having a police officer, who was reported on the said ground and dispatched to the site for the said reason, in the course of checking the details of damage, the said victim C in excess of two arms, thereby going beyond the floor.
