A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of road traffic law at the Daejeon District Court on December 5, 2011. On September 13, 2016, the Daejeon District Court issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime.

[2] On May 19, 2017, the Defendant driven a B K5 vehicle without a driver’s license in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.169% at a section of about 500 meters from the 02:14, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si to the 02:14, Seo-gu, Seo-gu to the 500-si located in the same Eup.

As a result, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision, and simultaneously driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.

On December 5, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million with a fine of KRW 4 million for a crime of violating road traffic law at the Daejeon District Court on September 13, 2016, and was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million with a fine of KRW 4 million for the same crime in the Daejeon District Court’s Incheon Branch Branch on September 13, 2016. On June 30, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 8 million with a fine of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating road traffic law (driving) at the Daejeon District Court’s Support for the Incheon District Court on Incheon Branch on June 30, 201.

[2] On June 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was in violation of Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice; and (b) was driving a BK5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.217% in the blood alcohol level without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of Samsung Electronic Child Care Center, which is located in the repair of the North Korea located in an Eup/Myeon located in an Eup/Myeon located in an Eup/Myeon located in an Asia-si, ASEAN; and (c) around 15, 2017.
