Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on December 21, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 29, 2017, and is currently under suspended sentence.

[Criminal facts]

1. On August 19, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, on the way front of the “D” in Daejeon Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, on August 19, 2018, and on the way front of the “D”ar.

이에 피고인은 경사 F으로부터 제지를 당하자 경사 F을 향해 수회 발길질을 하다가 발로 경사 F의 오른쪽 정강이 부위를 1회 걷어차고, 계속하여 피고인을 제지하는 위 지구대 소속 경위 H(49 세) 의 오른쪽 정강이 부위를 발로 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, from around 05:03 on August 19, 2018 to around 09:15 on the same day, was waiting to undergo an investigation at the office of the Daejeon mid-gu Police Station type and office of the Daejeon mid-gu Police Station type: 112, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol (i.e., “c., the f., the f., the f., the f., the f., the f., the f., the f.e., the f., the f., the f., the f.o.).”

Accordingly, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by avoiding disturbance for about 4 hours and 15 minutes, had a very rough and disorderly speech or behavior at a public office.
