A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:30 on September 20, 2014, at the C reading room located in Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu B, the Defendant: (b) tried to find the place where the C reading room was located; (c) tried to find the place where the C reading room was located; and (d) tried to find the right and wrong of the reading room that was located in the said reading room, such as the victim D being used in the said reading room; (c) tried to find out the right and wrong of the victim’s right and wrong; and (d) tried to find out the right and wrong of the victim’s right and wrong; and (d) used the above No. 24 times in total.

Accordingly, the defendant searched the victim's room in possession.
