1. The defendant shall pay 26,124,700 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from October 25, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 2 and Eul evidence Nos. 1 and the entire arguments, the plaintiff is a company aimed at manufacturing and distributing handphone music, etc., and the defendant runs a sales business of mobile phones with the trade name of "D". The plaintiff supplied the defendant with mobile phone malicious music from November 30, 2015 to December 29, 2017, and the plaintiff did not receive the remainder of 26,124,700 won out of the supplied goods.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the total amount of 26,124,700 won for the unpaid goods and damages for delay calculated by the ratio of 12% per annum from October 25, 2019 to the date of full payment (Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings) sought by the plaintiff after the plaintiff supplied the goods to the defendant.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
