When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 31, 2017, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence by opening a door door, which was not corrected without the victim’s permission, around 10:00, in front of the house of the victim D of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Northernbuk-gu, Seoul, and the third floor, and entering into a plan to open the door door, which was not corrected without the victim’s permission, and making a difference in the monthly rent, and breaking the disturbance into the victim’s residence.

2. On January 31, 2017, at around 15:30 on January 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) again changed the monthly rent to the victim before the victim D’s house; (b) but was rejected, the Defendant: (c) caused damage to the victim; (d) due to the net value, which is a dangerous object cited by the Plaintiff in his/her hand, which was installed in front of the entrance, owned by the victim; and (d) destroyed the 4,000 won.
