A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is in a relationship with the victim B.
At around 22:30 on June 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed in the Daraer C300 vehicle owned by the victim who was parked in the Doclar C300 vehicle on the ground that the victim is disregarding himself; (b) placed in the Doclar C building E, the Defendant’s residence, and destroyed part of the above back seat by inserting the Doclar, which was put in the back seat of the said victim’s car owned by the said victim; and (c) put the Doclar into the back seat of the said passenger car owned by the said victim and shut down the door.
