Punishment of the crime

[B] On November 18, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years in Seoul High Court to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims (Attempted Rape) and completed the execution of the sentence on May 4, 2013. On July 3, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment by the District Court for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. on July 11, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 11, 2015, and the Defendant was detained on the instant case, and the period of detention was revoked on July 3, 2015 (the investigation record56, 557, 559 pages).

On February 16, 2016, the same court was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a special assault, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 25, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

On March 5, 2015, the Defendant purchased 7.5t truck (F) at the Hyundai Motor E branch in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and took out 66,700,000 won from the victim JBour Capital Co., Ltd. and registered a mortgage on the above truck as collateral for the above loan obligation on March 11, 2015.

After that, around August 30, 2015, the Defendant borrowed KRW 15,00,00 from the credit service provider on the name-free place of Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as Incheon Metropolitan City) and delivered the said truck to the said credit service provider for the purpose of securing the victim’s right, thereby preventing the victim from confirming his/her whereabouts, thereby hindering the victim’s exercise of rights by concealing his/her own property that became the object of another’s rights.
