A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, as to the Defendants, this is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On February 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased and kept one cash of KRW 20 million from the male who is a high-level distributor in the freezing warehouse located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) sold to the French-gun, Ulsan-gun, EF-gun, and possessed, stored, and sold the frane, fishery resources captured in violation of an order under the Fisheries Act, from the mutual restaurant, “I,” located in the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-gun, to customers in violation of an order under the Fisheries Act.

B. On March 2013, the Defendant paid 18 million won in cash from the male who is "F" as stated in paragraph (1) of the said paragraph at the freezing warehouse located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., the Defendant: (a) purchased an illegally captured mincing 1 metre (one ton) in the said freezing warehouse; and (b) stored the minc 1stma (one ton) in the said freezing warehouse; and (c) kept the minc 16 million won in cash from the male as stated in paragraph (1) of the said paragraph; and (d) kept the minc 15 million won, which was illegally captured, in violation of the Fisheries Act; and (e) kept the minc 1stma (one ton) in the said freezing warehouse; and (e) kept the minc 16 million won, which was illegally captured, in violation of the orders under the Fisheries Act.

2. Defendant B

A. Violation of the Fisheries Act (related to illegally captured transportation) at around 17:00 on November 20, 200, the Defendant, along with K, L, and M, carried a minc flag into N, which is a vessel operated by K, after taking over an illegally captured minc meter from a fishing vessel on the sea in front of the monthly port located in the north-gu at the port of port, and transported the minc flag to the port bridge located in the south-gu Cheonggdong-gu at the port of port, and agreed to transport the said minc flag to the Defendant andO in front of the said port guard, and to transport the said minc flag to the cafeteria between Q Q in P at the time of the Defendant and P.
