Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2014, at around 23:50, the Defendant was able to keep assaulted by C from a police officer belonging to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station B police box, which was called out after receiving a report of assault in front of the Han River Park set forth in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on January 30, 2014, and the Defendant took a bath to C, “I am fright, fright, bit of bitch, bit of bitch, bit of bit of bitch,” and boomed C’s dub by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted a police officer as above and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning criminal investigation and prevention.
