A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From the end of November 2018 to May 31, 2019, the Defendant served as a bus driver of the Songpa-gu Seoul building and the “D” fish driving school in subparagraph (C) and the victim E (the age of seven) used the bus bus operated by the Defendant as a school student of the above fish driving school.

1.
