A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Criminal facts

On September 14, 2013, around 14:00, the Defendant, at around 14:0, her husband of the victim C (the son of the victim C (the son of the 43-year-old age), found D and talked at the victim's home in the formernam-gun E in order to receive rice trauma, and had D and talked with D in order to avoid tobacco.
