Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the judgment was finalized on November 18, 2017. On November 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for special intimidation, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 27, 2018.
