Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2014, at around 21:05, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol in front of the Busan Young-gu C apartment 207 Dong Guard room, 207, took a bath to the victim D (the age of 72) (the age of 207) who is a security guard, and caused damage to the unexpected property by using the estimated glass (the age of 120cm wide, about 120cm long, 80cm long) of the guard room on several occasions.
